Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Every card sold by TanXSyndicate is a single, individually photographed item. The photographs in each listing show the exact card you will receive, and every graded card is listed with its certification number. Please review the listing photographs and the certification number carefully before purchasing.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, for a card you have decided you no longer want, or for any reason other than the one stated below. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION: CERT-MATCH GUARANTEE

If the certification number on the card you receive does not match the certification number shown in the listing, you will receive a full refund and we will pay return shipping. This is our guarantee, and it is the only circumstance under which a return is accepted.

To make a claim, email orders@tanxsyndicate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the certification number on the card you received. Please do not ship anything back before you have received a return authorization from us. The card must be returned in the same sealed grading case in which it was sent. A card returned with a cracked, opened, tampered with, or swapped case will be refused.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the card arriving back and passing inspection.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package as received and the card inside it. Orders of $100 or more ship insured for their full purchase price and require a signature on delivery. Orders under $100 ship with tracking and $100 of carrier coverage. Damage claims are filed with the carrier on your behalf. Full shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

GRADING OPINIONS

Grades, label designations, and population figures are assigned and maintained by third-party grading companies, not by TanXSyndicate. We do not accept returns based on disagreement with a grade, a label designation, or a population figure. Population counts change over time and are accurate as of the date the card was listed.
