This website is operated by TanXSyndicate. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TanXSyndicate. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to purchase from this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCTS

Every card listed is a single, individually photographed item. The photographs in each listing show the exact item you will receive. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your display renders them accurately.

Graded cards are listed with the certification number assigned by the third-party grading company. Grades, label designations, and population figures are the opinions and records of those grading companies and not of TanXSyndicate. Population figures change over time and are accurate as of the date the item was listed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, to refuse any order, and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission in pricing or product information, and to cancel and refund any order placed for an item listed at an incorrect price.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and its supporting processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent.

5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and returns are accepted only under the Cert-Match Guarantee described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

6. SHIPPING

Orders with a merchandise total of $100 or more require a signature on delivery and are insured for their full purchase price. Orders under $100 ship with tracking and $100 of carrier coverage, and do not require a signature. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our site may contain links or references to third-party materials and grading company databases that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party material.

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

9. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect or track the personal information of others, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" except where expressly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TanXSyndicate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TanXSyndicate from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
