Shipping policy

PROCESSING

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

VAULT ITEMS

Some cards are held in a secured third-party vault rather than on hand. These items ship within 15 business days of your order while the card is recalled from the vault and inspected. Any card held this way is clearly marked on its product page before you buy.

If your order contains both vault and in-hand items, the entire order ships together once the vault card arrives, so everything reaches you in a single package. If you would rather have the in-hand items sent right away and the vault card follow separately, email us after ordering and we will split the shipment at no extra charge.

HOW CARDS ARE PACKED

Each graded slab is wrapped, sealed inside a bubble mailer, and then wrapped again inside an outer mailer. Cards ship in a mailer rather than a box, which keeps the package rigid, low profile, and unremarkable in transit.

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Free Shipping is included on every order, with no minimum. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

Overnight is available at checkout for a flat $55. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Express and typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders with a merchandise total of $100 or more require a signature on delivery. This protects both the buyer and TanXSyndicate by creating a verified record of delivery. Someone must be present to sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and the package can be collected or redelivered.

Orders under $100 ship with tracking and do not require a signature.

INSURANCE

Every order includes $100 of carrier coverage at no charge. Orders with a merchandise total above $100 are insured for their full purchase price.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Report a missing or damaged package within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in tracking. Email orders@tanxsyndicate.com with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the package as received and the card inside it. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated through its resolution.

Because orders under $100 ship without signature confirmation, a package in that range that the carrier marks as delivered is covered only to the extent of the carrier's claim outcome.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is not offered at this time.
